  • Visually impaired individuals receive a 100% fare concession on government buses.
  • Other disabled persons with 40% or more disability are eligible for a 50% fare concession.

Dr. Kaur added that a total budget of ₹3.50 crore has been allocated for the year 2025-26 under this scheme, with ₹2.61 crore already spent. The additional ₹84.26 lakh ensures uninterrupted benefits for eligible beneficiaries.
