Government Jobs: Speedy and Transparent Recruitment
The government has prioritized filling permanent government positions swiftly and transparently. By June 2025, more than 54,422 jobs were allocated across 40 departments, with the majority in education and police services. Recruitment processes are strictly merit-based, conducted through PPSC and PSSSB, eliminating bribery or favoritism. Early in its tenure, the administration converted 9,000 temporary roles into permanent positions, and by December 2024, 50,000 jobs had been granted.
